Search Entries
When a visitor enters a name, county, state, or similar search term into a partner search tool, that entry is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Burlington County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, we may keep the message and reply information long enough to respond and maintain ordinary business records. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires it.
